Update . Tom lying again ? You want to involve the attorneys to prove what actually happened? To help you quick closing my attorney was ok to let someone else handle due to his busy schedule which you said you have someone and did favor to you by rushing it and like I said you had no idea what you were up to ?
Did you know that BY LAW you was suppose to let us know property is OBD property and you haven’t said anything which is a civil matter we found out two weeks back . Google it for your knowledge before there’s another civil dispute and lastly you forgot to say anything about not returning calls email and text . You can’t lie right because screenshots are here.
Watch this guy because he
had no reviews (being for years in business )before i reviewed him and now he has suddenly 5 of them . That’s who he covers up !!!

Tom Cole not only wasn’t prepared for closing but lied about getting everything done soon after closing . Countless mistakes in closing documents and lack of information about closing. We called , email and texted him about finishing what was left & promises he made at time of closing to clear up everything but he won’t answer . Same Tom Cole will return , text and email you all the time like the most professional person in industry but soon after he got his check this man vanished like never existed . People like him must be reported & banned from service
