I'm extremely disappointed to share my experience with this tax company, as it was my first time working with a small business tax firm and I had high hopes. Initially, I was drawn to their genuine and friendly approach, and I found the owner and her staff to be very sweet and personable. However, unfortunately, their performance fell far short of my expectations.Despite numerous calls to check on the status of my taxes, I was consistently met with excuses and lack of updates. The owner would often cite unexpected situations that had arisen, but it seemed like a never-ending cycle of delays. As the days turned into weeks, I grew increasingly frustrated and concerned that my taxes would not be filed on time which was understood I was told and Extension would be filed and I was totally OK with it so I could finish sending everything in. As the extension deadline approach, I consistently checked in on my taxes but I was forced to take matters into my own hands. I had to personally visit the office to collect my tax information, only to discover that it had never been submitted even after the deadline not to mention they had my taxes for months. I understand that life happens and things happen in ppl life, but as client I shouldn’t have Consistently check in for updates. And I would get endless Reassurance my taxes would be file by a certain day. What's even more disappointing is that even after I collected my taxes, the owner never reached out to me to apologize or offer any explanation for the mishandling of my account. To this day, I have not heard from her or anyone from the company, which has left a sour taste in my mouth. It's not just about the mistake itself, but the lack of effort to make things right or show any semblance of customer care.I was let down by a company that gained my trust. I'm extremely disappointed in the way my taxes were handled, I pray others have a better experience because they are truly sweet ladies.

I am so glad I found New Start Bookkeeping services. This has been the best decision and time saver. They take care of everything from checking the PO Box to paying bills to filing taxes. They handle payroll and the monthly/quarterly payroll taxes as well and I don't have to worry about anything!! Stephanie and Anne are very professional and prompt.
