First time using a tax preparer other than turbo tax and it was definitely worth it. I didn’t realize how much I was missing doing them myself.

Uploading all the docs online was really simple with their portal and Victoria did an amazing job going through everything on our meeting.

Definitely make sure to have all docs uploaded before the meeting if you want it to be smooth. I had to upload something I forgot mid call but she was very patient with me which I appreciated.

My experience with this office was amazing and I would highly recommend!

I love Victoria and her New Stone Tax team, she is an amazing accountant and her staff is friendly, patient and they all always go above and beyond for me. I've worked with Victoria and her office for over 8 years now and I have never been disappointed. Her entire TEAM has gone out of their way in helping me find my tax forms when I didn't realize I was missing a form, they have been patient to help me look for expenses and deductions in my banking records to help lower my taxes owed and help me get any refund I was owed. I was audited some years ago from a previous accounting firm and Victoria did more than I could have asked for and truly went to bat for me.

I didn't realize how much work goes into dealing with the IRS until I saw everything she and her team did for me. After one phone call with the IRS where Victoria needed me on the line as she spoke to the representative, I was ready to punch a wall. I can't believe the patience she and her team have to practice - she had tell the rep step-by-step what to do to help us on the phone. I was conferenced in on the call because of my busy work schedule and I appreciate that because it helped me understand how insanely time consuming calls to the IRS and the state can be. I have a deep appreciation for Victoria and her team and fully understand why she's not available to take my every call - she's busy getting results for her clients like she did for me.

After months of their hard work they were able to get my audit revised and resolved. A BIG THANK YOU to this office. I recommend New Stone Tax Services to everyone for personal and business taxes. Thanks to Victoria I finally got organized after hired them to handle all my bookkeeping, since then I've had no tax issues and they've helped get my finances in order. I'm proud to say that with her advise I'm now a home owner and building my portfolio.

My experience has been an absolute NIGHTMARE! One thing is certain, Victoria is very knowledgeable, but knowledge is no substitute for reliability. I reached out to Victoria at the beginning of March to handle my business and my personal taxes. My initial meeting was great, but nothing of substance followed. Her staff is completely incompetent and refused to deliver my messages or provide me with the meeting I continuously requested. And when I was provided a meeting, she did not show up. There was excuse after excuse, an extreme amount of unanswered phone calls and unreturned texts. The point came when the need to call her number back to back 7 times was necessary to get an answer. And even then, there was zero accountability and tons of excuses. On yesterday, April 30th, after 5 days of unanswered texts, she decided that she would not be able to move forward. I have NO CLUE what has been done and no proof that a tax extension was filed or that my business tax status was filed. I cannot speak for her capabilities, but her communication, it is the WORST! And I am afraid of the penalties and status of my taxes at this point. I really hope she finds better staff/support, but she will NEVER have an opportunity to put me or anyone I know in this position again.

I've been filing my taxes with Victoria for 3 years now and have been pretty satisfied with my tax returns. Very professional and knows what she is doing. Victoria has been very helpful and is able to answer any question or concern one might have in full detail. We tried to use their services to help our Association with their not for profit status, but after we paid them the $600 to send to the IRS somehow they went radio silent, and the IRS never got our money.

UPDATE: Just over two years now that our organization entered into an agreement, to create a not-for profit, and they still refuse to refund the $600. Do not do business with this company.
