New Mexico Real Estate Group, and Suzette Fox were amazing to work with. We contacted them because we and our other family members needed help to sell our parents Los Alamos home. We were in Colorado, others in Idaho, and others in California. The house had to be vacated quickly for medical reasons and we felt at such a loss as to how to do this massive project from afar. It was also a very sensitive and emotional project because our parents had lived in the home for 48 years, so it was also full of too much stuff and too many memories.

Suzette worked above and beyond to create a road map for us. This actually took months of her personal time and kind energy to get this home ready to sell. She helped us recommend who we could use, she came over and said 'keep this, get rid of this' and we followed her directions exactly and wound up getting an offer well over asking price so if she says 'do this' do it. She even helped us get a dumpster into the driveway, then she stood by while there was an estate sale for us (using a third party estate sale group who she knew well so it made us feel very comfortable) She showed up and made sure doors were locked and secured and there was no trouble as all of this was going on (this was again, above and beyond). Then she helped get a final clean, then she staged the home on her own dime as part of her service fee. Staged it beautifully. The whole giant house!

This home, was a nice house, but she took it from 1979 to modern 2024. Her fabulous staging skills sold this home. In one week we had a bidding war for the house, and she helped us decide which buyer was really solid and got over our asking price. During inspections there was a snafu with the gas line, and she knew just who to call and together we got that cleared up, and all to code, and the sale was truly seamless.

We cannot stress enough how wonderful Suzette's communication just stood out. Her patience and kindness needs to be commended here, as well as her incredible real estate expertise and Los Alamos expertise. Again, if she advises it, follow her advice. She involved all of us-- in three states-- and our parents, and she got a family through an emotional time to come together and got us to show up and do a work week to get this home cleaned out. Her sense of humor and ability to roll with things is just beyond the normal and she needs a medal for her patience. Anyhow, we highly recommend Suzette and her team for any home sale. This is one classy and professional bunch.

Our parents had to move to Colorado for health reasons, which left our beloved family's Los Alamos house full of furniture and personal items along with the home, all needing to be sold. A friend recommended Suzette Fox and New Mexico Real Estate Group to us, and boy did they go above and beyond with helping us and our parents sell the house.

It's overwhelming to sell a home someone has owned for 48 years--the memories and all of the things makes it feel like it's impossible. She met with us, did a walkthrough and helped us come up with a roadmap for how to do this. We signed Suzette on the spot to be our realtor. First she advised a mega clean out of all things (this took time, got all siblings assembled and we did a long week of dump runs and dumpster filling). And then we took all personal items and things we loved out. We then (with Suzette's reference and with her telling us what to keep for staging) booked an estate sale for the rest which Suzette watched over.

Once that was over, the house was still quite a mess and mostly empty. Suzette coordinated deep clean, helped get a pre-inspeciton going, and then she, as part of the sale and part of her fees, on her own dime and own time - staged this house for us with stunning modern furniture. The whole entire house, and with a stunning result. Her patience and sensitivity for such a HUGE project, was unparalleled. There were so many emotional family members and situations to solve, and she solved them all. She was even present to help us fix a last minute gas leak in an old pipe where we had to even had to get permits pulled to get that fixed and back to code. After ALL OF THAT (and two months of her own time or more) the home was listed. The photos looked like a million bucks online and with the staging of the home and Suzette's design skills, we had 17 showings and 5 offers in one week! We were lucky, and got over asking price and such great offers. She's a class act, her group attracts very classy buyers and I can't say enough about Suzette Fox's professionalism, her organizational skills, and her ability to roll with varied situations and with elderly people who were juggling medical situations in the middle of the sale, and she communicated with us all who live in 3 different states during the sale and closing! We were not an easy family, yet she was the EASIEST best and most amazing realtor we have ever ever had. We highly recommend her and her fantastic work and work ethics. People think realtors don't work hard (which is silly) but if you want someone who will do all and show you undeniable results, Suzette Fox and NM Real Estate Group in Los Alamos is worth their weight in gold. We can't thank them enough for what they did.
