I would give them a zero as well if I could. Zack came and was just so nice stating that he would go the best route to get us as much money as he could! We got nothing!!! Don’t know what we’re going to do! Hurricane Beryl! Wow, how much has this company made off us, all for nothing! Don’t go with New Century in my opinion!!!!! Never!!!

very poor service. Notify me 4 days before my policy is due. Then there is a problem with the renewal notice, agents never answer calls and takes more than 6 hours to return my voice message. I just change to another insurance agency. I will give them a ZERO star If I can.
