Recently decided to NOT renew our Commercial Policy with New Alliance. Not only were they almost double what other insurances are, but their customer service is not all that great. I don’t know why they have been contacting our new insurance provider, providing details on drivers that are not even relevant to our new policy, causing nothing but issues for us. If we decided to leave and not renew it was for a reason. I would not recommend them for ANYONE. Avoid this broker…

Lying and manipulation is the key component here. Every month a constant call regarding the retraction of monthly debits and credits that only once out of 12 months was correct. Back and forth we go and unless you have more than 10 hours per month to try and cure the account issues and not to mention coverage issues where they basically do what they want. You can try the owner, but that is just an ear that is deaf. I would not recommend them, as the efficacy and professionalism is a loss for this establishment.
