Worked with Bob and he was so personable. We met him at one location, realized he was going to show us another unit later in the day that we had booked. He asked what I didn't like about the place, he asked what I was looking for and other places that I already looked at. Gave so much helpful information about surrounding areas. Offered to show us a place down the street he thought we would like and he was right. It had all the boxes checked off that I was looking for. Would love to work with him again on finding a place to live.

Eric the property manager told us if we didn't like the mouse and roach leavings coating our new rental then we can move out. Should have been cleaned BEFORE our lease started. Multiple outstanding L-I violations- search first before move in!
