I contacted Nest seekers via rightmove as they are marketing a property I am very interested in. I spoke to a member of staff in their London office who informed me the associate who represents that property would call me back, 3 days later no call back. So I sent an email, no response. I called again, and exactly the same thing happened, no call back. So approximately 10 days after my first contact with them I called again and requested to be put in contact with a manager or someone in a senior position. Eventually I did receive a call back but unfortunately I was away from my phone at the time, no message was left for me. I called back and was informed the member of staff who called me would call me back, they haven't. I feel sorry for the vendor as they are missing out on a potential sale, and how many other prospective buyers have they treated this way? I wouldn't use them to represent me, that's for sure!
