I have been looking at houses for almost 2 years, there were times I felt frustrated and wanted to give up. I advise current and future home buyers to not get discouraged, the right home will come your way just be patient. I will say, having the right realtor helps and I am grateful Bryan Nelson was my realtor. Always accommodated me, he is extremely trustworthy, he’s not quick to sell you a house. He has been doing this for a long time so he knows what to look for, making sure your needs are meet. Communication was amazing, there were times he had not heard from me and he would call to follow up, which I appreciate. I for sure would not be a homeowner right now if I didn’t have Bryan as my realtor. I will recommend him to friends and family. He’s my go to real estate agent!

“There’s no place like home,” is a saying we have all heard, and that could not be more true! We were patiently waiting for the right house to call home, and when we found the one, The Nelson Group was able to get us scheduled in a very tightly scheduled home showings despite there being no times open!! Bryan guided us through the entire process, and because of his expertise, we were able to be selected as the strongest offer in a multiple offer situation! His negotiations techniques also helped us not overpay for our home! We will be forever grateful for all his assistance and keen advice!
