I have been dealing with Neil services tax for about 30 something years. The secretary is amazing they are so thoughtful there and they take the time to go over everything with me. We've been going to Neals for the last 30 years! I have found them to be not only professional and knowledgeable but very affable! The "secretary" Michelle is one of the most Intuitive people I've ever met. They are both honest and excellent at what they do. Plus they are more than fairly priced..

I'd give 0 if possible.

I'm a first year online retail small business and explained on my first call I didn't know exactly what I was doing and needed guidance. Roger Johnson rubbed me the wrong way from start. He asked me to come in 90 minutes early because he had a cancellation and wanted to go home early for the weekend. I accommodated him, put my schedule on hold, and came in early.

I have all of my accounting sorted on GoDaddy and explained this. He did not offer to review any of my expenses. During our meeting he did not suggest a single deduction I could take, and just looked at me and said "what else". It was clear he did not want to be there meeting with my wife and I.

He was prepared to file my returns without deducting my fees/shipping costs and said those were already deducted. He was utterly useless. I did not trust his advice as you could tell he never worked with anyone in my field. I decided to do my own research and I learned more watching a 12 minute YouTube video than anything he did.

I called back and explained in order for us to move forward, I would need another meeting since I have a better understanding of how the fees, shipping, and other expenses should be accounted. He said he didn't have time to meet and I could drop it off. I explained that that was not something I felt comfortable with, and I needed another meeting for reassurance that we are on the same page.

Roger Johnson then accused me of lying and saying that I was not happy with the amount of return he prepared to file and I was now fudging my numbers for a larger return.

That moment was the end of our working relationship. Roger Johnson made an assumption about me and my ethics based only on the way I look. He thought I was someone he could belittle. I do not believe he would have accused me of being a liar if I looked like him. I will never do business with this company and suggest anyone who doesn't like to be talked down to do or judged on their appearance do the same.
