Customer service has been terrible and I do not at all feel valued as a customer. I like to be notified if my rate is changing. Upon me asking if Farm Bureau notified customers for rate changes (after my rates were hiked with no explanation), I was told no and that I could look around for another insurance company. This is also after my agent advised me to switch over a vehicle to their auto insurance so I'd save money on the homeowners. Ended up paying a 700% increase in auto insurance for a 20 year old vehicle just to save less than $50 a year on homeowners insurance. Makes me feel like they didn't know what they were talking about. They expect you to find all the right information yourself when it comes to policy information instead of them providing it like every insurance ive dealth with prior. I'm paying for insurance AND your customer service and I expect both.
