I am very pleased with Navigator Credit Union. I have received exemplary service and would recommend this bank to my friends and family members for their banking needs. The teller, Alicia, was very pleasant and helpful to work with. I know that her other team members and her branch manager are also excellent to work with as well and I will continue doing business with them in the future.

I love my Credit Union! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! Never too long of a wait, but, of course this depends on time, day, time of month, etc... Usually more tellers if it is a busy time. There are lots of benefits to being a credit union member! They have 2 loans every year that are super easy to get because you are pre approved when they offer it to you. All you have to do is sign the paper and turn it in. Basically states you will pay it and the small interest rate back. That's it! A simple 10 month payment schedule. Usually in your savings account by that night or the next day! Love the ease of that! This also betters your chances of securing any other type of loan with them and benefits your credit score.

I’m going thru some issues with Navigator which I haven’t till now. I’m tryin to talk to a banker about my balance. I was the only one here NOBODY in the drive thru nobody inside.
I can honestly say this is NOT a business that put there customers first.
I use to have NOTHING but nice things to say about Navigator. But lately. From gettin hung up on and them making me wait to talk to somebody about MY money…ya I’m definitely closing my account very soon. Cause I can’t keep my money in a bank when they hang up the phone, always busy doing NOTHING inside the bank.

This use to be a Great Branch! Then the employees changed! It’s despicable how 1 of the employees respond and answer customers. I had to hold my peace and not respond. I’ve Never experienced a bank or Credit Union with the attitude one of the employees have. It appalling. It better to have a Rep with a good attitude who knows how to value customers . A person with no experience and train them. Then to have an experience person with a disgusting attitude who just came to work and has a bad attitude. Those are demons in her. Who wants to deal with that!
I recommend traveling the distance for better Customer Service! She need to be retrained or put in the back where she don’t have deal with the people.
Interview me and train me ! I will represent you well and then retain more customers!

I've updated my rating from one star to the current rating.

I stopped using this credit union for about a year or two but decided to go back to them. And it seems now they have a new staff who are much more friendly and easier to talk to.

There was one lady that used to work there that had bug eyes, she was very unpleasant and one of the reasons why I stopped banking there for a while and switched my my direct deposit to another bank But after visiting them today to cash an income tax check. It was a rather pleasant experience.

I was at navigation credit union Saturday.I had a money order from my ex .It took 20min.the lady was slow and I was told she was in the bathroom.
She comes back finally.Said she was making a copy of my driver's license.?for a bought and pd for money order. This place is the unbelievable how they act. No respect for there customers.I will not go back there.

Just had to wait 30 minutes to make a deposit because there was only one teller that could make a co-op deposit. Both tellers had an attitude. Completely uncalled for. I will definitely plan to drive out of my way to use another shared branch. I didn't have an attitude, and theirs was completely unnecessary.

I made purchase online with Wal-mart and shipped to a different address so fraud systems service sent a message for me to contact them to verify the purchase before it was processed.
Awesome!!!!!! Thanks for watching my back. I need all my money I can save its going to a lot of $$$ to get to 2024 in one peace
