Theodore, one of their team members, personally inspected the roof during the quote process, setting them apart from other roofing services we had been in touch with. During this inspection, Theodore discovered a leak and promptly fixed it without any extra cost, even before we formalized our agreement. We appreciated being updated regularly throughout the project and receiving photos of the progress. The daily cleanup of the worksite was exemplary. I had a fantastic experience with a roofing service. Theodore came out to perform my initial assessment. I was looking to install new roof vents and also asked about a new roof, new gutters, and some extra flashing work. Theodore provided a detailed quote, and it arrived quickly. I received three quotes, and this one was the most competitive while covering everything I needed. Theodore mentioned that I could likely get another three years out of my current roof, but I preferred to tackle everything at once. There were some delays because of weather and materials, but Theodore kept me updated throughout the process. Once they began the work, they completed everything within the promised timeframe. Leonard checked in on the progress regularly to ensure I was satisfied. The entire team was professional, the cleanup was excellent, and everything looks fantastic. I'm very happy with the results and plan to use their services again in the future.

I had an excellent experience with a roofing company, from the initial estimate to the final job. They were fantastic to work with. I wanted to mention a couple of things: First, the estimator mentioned I would get a Google Calendar invite for my appointment right after I paid the deposit. I did have to call a couple of times to check on my schedule, but I received the invite just a few days before the gutters were installed. It was more about managing expectations. Second, I noticed a couple of items left behind on my property, like a snack bag and a small piece of the old gutter downspout. It wasn't a big deal at all, and I still give them a five-star rating. I would highly recommend this roofing service to anyone in need!
