Everyone here was very pleasant and professional. Dr. Cope gave me several options and explained them thoroughly about ordering a new contact lens. Because ordering only one lens! created problems with using my insurance the lady and gentleman that helped to order it went above and beyond to make sure my insurance covered it. This was my first visit to Nationwide Vision at their office in Maricopa. It was a very pleasant experience from the moment I walked into their office. Their staff is so polite and the office is so clean and welcoming. I had all my questions answered and the Dr. was very professional. Will certainly be returning for my next annual visit.

Everyone was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of eyeglasses and I loved the option of photographing the inside of my eye instead of dilating my eyes. I have already recommended them to someone else.

Great experience. Made me an appointment just days in advance. Quick wait time, was met with amazing customer service and kindness from Crystal at checkout who shared about a deal to get me free glasses with my contacts purchase. The girl that did my exams (didn’t get her name) was so kind and empathetic as I described my symptoms and Dr. Cope was thorough and offered new insight and had a very positive attitude. Happy with my experience and highly recommend this office!

I have to say the review is more for the front counter Staff only, Eye Doc was great very professional and courteous.
Counter staff was a bit rude and embarrassed me in front of other patients, arrived 5 mins prior appointment and they had already given the spot to another person because I was suppose arrive 10/15 mins prior to fill out paperwork that took less then a minute to fill out. We are already prior patients. Another patient at the counter kept talking about her day and what she was doing on the weekend while we were waiting in line to check in.
Staff wanted to reschedule me for 2 months out, or I had to wait, I waited for about an hour and was taken care of by the Doc. Will be making that extra drive to Chandler from now on.
