I love this insurance agency. My number 1 pick as far as respect, courteous service. Literally, on some of my lowest days, I left happy. Customer satisfaction and they donate as well. I would give 10 stars but it's not an option.

I recently called to pay my husbands bill n told the gentleman ( whom's voice I pretty well recognized as have had working at my nationwide company)about leaving a message n not getting a call BK , others have complained but he was going to check ✅ into it as others have had similar issues. He's always been too notch and suPerB customer service 👍😉. This nationwide is lucky to have him . "Mr. Blake" w the CunTrY accenty😌😌😌😌

The staff is great. Blake is amazing. This isn't the fault of the staff. Everyone just seems too busy to help. I remember going to the Kinkade agency in downtown hickory. A small office. Jeff himself may even call you back to his office. I saw him at a restaurant once, he bought the wife and I dinner. I was blown away that my insurance agent recognized an auto policy customer. That never happened to me. Now I call his office and get put on hold. Everyone is always too busy. I make more calls to the corporate number than I do Jeff's office. It feels like if I don't have time to go to the office or take their return call when they make it, I don't matter. I have watched the Kinkade agency grow and am happy for him. I just wish as a customer, I could get the service I used to.

I have received amazing service at Nationwide for over 20yrs. The Jeff Kincaid office I was unsure about when I was transferred to them after my office closed. I am so pleased with them. If anyone needs any insurance call them first.
