I needed something today from another James Epps Agency, and they were closed. I called Carthage, got Tremesa and she was fantastic. She listened, understood what I needed and got it for me really fast.....Thanks so much for your help!!!

Average. Had been with Nationwide for over 20 years - OH & NC. Never had an issue, claim (past a chip repaired windshield, or late payment. Received 3 late notices starting November 2020, for invoicing never received. Finally, they cancelled our auto policy. Again, no invoice received. Paid to have policy reinstated. Was told there would be no lapse in coverage and I would be called back to confirm. When I was not, I switched carriers, signed on for Autopay and saved $800 annually.
