Nancy helped us find our dream home in this current environment which is brutal for buyers. She was extremely knowledgeable about all areas of the transaction. In particular she used her many years of experience to steer us in the right direction with regards to inspections without risking our purchase.

In the end Nancy was able to save us thousands of dollars with some issues that arose with the house before the close of escrow. I can not imagine going through this whole experience with anyone else.
