Nadine Cobb has been my accountant for almost 10 years. She is a friendly, kind, and detailed accountant! I can email, call or fax her if I need her and she responds in a timely manner. She is patient with her clients especially when they have no idea what to do. I have loved my experience working with her and I recommend her to those in need of accountant assistance.

Nadine Cobb has been my tax professional for the past 9 years, she has been wonderful to deal with as i alway sit there with anxiety. She will happily get you any deduction that you qualify for, but please don't ask her to do something that you don't qualify for but she simply will not. Looking forward to meeting with her again in late Jan to do my taxes again.
She has a heart of Gold, did my Seniors taxes for free for many years. At this point other than myself she is the only one i trust to get the job done right!

Sorry to write this review, but to much time has passed and I have given it plenty. It is obvious she is not going to do anything to help with this.

We did business with Nadine for years and was very pleased. I guess the proof is in the pudding as they say. Let's face it... we use an accountant because they know their way around the tax codes and IRS. If it was not a confusing every changing mess we would do our own returns. Well a small error turned into a snowball.

Being honest... I missed a 1099 a few years ago and got a letter. No big deal right?. Amendment and done.... except information on the return was entered wrong and that was not my error. I took the letter I got to her, got corrected returns, went to the post office, paid for return receipt etc on each return they were wanting information on. Another letter, same thing. The letters kept coming asking for other stuff that was all a bit confusing. Well push came to shove and I asked her to just give them a call so we can be done with this. That way they can tell her exactly what they want and she can fax it right over to them. She flat out refused. She even got ugly. She is not going to spend her time calling them basically is what she said and was told if I didn't like it to find another accountant. Real ugly. Surprised me, never saw that side of her in all the years. I said there was not reason to be like that, surprised as all get out because she has always been nice. But I guess it is ok to pay for it every year but when a mistake is made on information on her part she is not going to back it up. Last she told me after I pushed back to get her to help, I mean that is what she gets paid for...... she told me she would get what I needed so she could talk to them on my behalf and have never heard another word from her, even after I sent an email touching base to see what was up with it. Not a response, not a go to where ever, nothing. So basically she has just turned her back on the whole thing and is not going to back up her work. So take this for what you want but I can just say this... when it came down to it and she made a mistake on the return... it was a mistake on a name, and created this snowball.... she is not going to do anything to stand behind her work. Such a shame.
