We didn’t really have any knowledge of the home buying process or mortgages etc. and thought we would still need to save more for a down payment. Mylene explained the entire process to us, our options for the down payment and gave us worksheets to calculate the payment and property taxes. With Mylene’s help we found that we could buy a home a lot sooner than we thought possible. And she never tried to push us into anything. She always responded quickly to answer all my questions, and was very flexible with her schedule to look at properties.

Once we found a home we loved, Mylene suggested we put in a low offer. I was nervous because I didn’t want another buyer to outbid us, but it paid off! The seller didn’t counter and we got the home below asking price and appraised higher than the asking price.
