Rick helped me obtain far more money than I would have on my own.

It's critical your Government/Bank Adjuster has a counter party (like Rick, not you!) to get everything documented, and at the right price.

Well worth his fee. Easy to work with.

It's actually better that he's from 'out of town' for you loss event, as the local firms will be swamped and delayed.

If you are looking for a public adjuster, look no further than Rick Carter with "My Insurance Adjuster". I first worked with Rick after Hurricane Florence when 38 townhomes were destroyed by the storm. Rick was hired after most of the damages were already completed and to say he succeeded is an understatement! I recently contacted Rick again after a community of 214 homes lost their water supply after their Well-house exploded. As first time homeowners, I and my then-pregnant wife felt unprepared for and a bit overwhelmed when there was a flood in our home.

While initially grateful for the insurance company's efficiency we soon learned their help quickly resulted in a (we felt extremely) low, but immediate offer of payment.

Rick Carter the owner and operator of "My Insurance Adjuster" quickly and successfully doubled the insurance company's offer, which they immediately agreed to pay without argument. Mr. Carter's assessment correctly estimated costs of repair and our home looked not only restored, but beautifully so as the costs of quality work were covered completely.

Six years later he returned quickly at our request, was able to assess that several seemingly costly problems were really minor maintenance issues. After suggestions from Rick were followed, successfully solving the issues at no cost, he refused to accept payment and thanked us for allowing him to assess for damage.

A 95-foot-tall poplar tree fell on my house during a severe storm. The tree strike took out the roof, kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook and sunporch. The insurance company gave us only one year to rebuild, and no reputable contractors could be found in order to complete the house on time.

I learned about Rick Carter, a PA (Public Adjuster), who works on behalf of the consumer to get his clients the insurance money that they are entitled to. The tree damage paled in comparison to the damage the contractor did to my home.

Mr. Carter helped me deal with some unscrupulous local contractors that had walked off the job and refused to comply with county building codes." Mr. Carter helped me navigate insurance denials. If I had it to do over again - I'd have hired Mr. Carter much sooner. Do yourself a favor and hire Mr. Carter to help you through insurance events. You will never regret it.
