"Borderline" false advertising...
There's a claim in a radio ad that says "some guys will make an offer and try to lowball you at the last minute, I'm Doug Hopkins with My Home Group and I will never do that"
..well..
The (MHG) guy in our deal tried to cut $15,000 off our deal after our part of the deal was signed. We said no way that's happening (we're not desperate)..
After some "discussion" the MHG guy paid the original deal.
While Mr. Hopkins was not in our deal, My Home Group was.
We are not pursuing the false advertising issue at this point.

Well we just bought a home in Avondale. Roxanne L, representing the seller, we were buying from. This young lady is so inexperienced it just blows my mind. I definitely do not recommend this group. We called this company to file a complaint against this young lady, while no one has the common sense to call us back. Please train your people to represent someone accordingly, train your people to do their job correctly instead of sitting on their ass to get paid. We highly do NOT recommend this company to ANYONE!! Y'all should be ashamed of how you trained this young lady to do her job. Id be embarrassed 😳

Do not use this real estate company. They are very dishonest. My daughter had just died and I feel like I got the runaround the entire time. My husband ended up finding the house that we bought, and I still had to pay hailey. I felt like I wasn’t represented properly.

This Realtor places signs secured by rocks in the street so as to be a hazard.
They have also blocked the sidewalks and bike lanes.

Unprofessional and not respectful of the neighborhood we live in and maintain.
