Unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate. Just bad business. Was recommended by family and was okay the first two years. In the third year, they made a mistake. I informed them of a mistake, and it was brushed off. Now I'm dealing with the younger lady who really seemed like a helper, then a "tax exspert." This year in 2025, we decided to wait for the main tax expert in the office to assist us. We arrived shortly after they opened. There was a line due to them not taking appointments, but we waited even when our name was called by other staff. We assumed they were going off the waiting list but soon found they cater to specific clients. One arrived and spoke to the front desk and soon returned to their car. 30 minutes, and the person we are waiting to see goes to the front door and calls the couple in with no regard to the people on the list ahead of them. Special treatment if you ask me. I confronted them about the list and why they were just taking a walk-in over others already waiting. To witch the main lady said to her younger staff "I don't have time for the smaller clients" and proceeded to walk to her desk and wait for the special customer who doesn't have to use their own waiting list. This is us waiting from 10:20am-2:30pm. Complete wast of time to use this service unless you're friends or family to them.

I didn't like the service and the tax advisor didn't seem informed. Paid 4k on property tax and paid a lot of interest in mortgage interest and still owned 5k. No credits nothing. In my opinion just collect for the irs

The staff is amazing !! Very friendly and they always greet you very nicely. I do my taxes here and they explain everything in detail so you are able to understand everything . Very helpful I extremely recommend .

I would give a no star if I could. This lady Carmen is rude and unprofessional. First, she did not report correctly in my mother taxes of charging each child for childcare fee. Instead, she has put in a large sum all in one which IRS thinks I did not report. Carmen is an old lady that doesn’t want to accept in her mistake. Rude and grumpy old lady. Especially she isn’t suppose to open with this STAY AT HOME ORDER. Against the law to be open.
