Never heard of them before i saw them on my credit report. I've lodged a complaint about them to the bbb in Cherry Hill, NJ. Now I'm dealing with trans union to have it removed from my credit.

Edit: why are there so many employees on Google reviews talking about how great or how bad it is to work here. 🤔

This call center should be sufficient for any client's needs. My major suggestion is to have the typing test location away from the front door and lobby. It is not a good first impression and frankly not comfortable to rest while employees walk by because you are in the hallway. Not great for the front desk to have prospective employees listen in in things. Unprofessional and terrible idea. Huge location but you're made to take the typing test by the front door in a hallway. Call centers usually have high turn over so my suggestion would be keep your resume online and always be applying. Lastly their starting pay is low like most call centers.

I had a collection with verizon that got sold to them in the morning and I paid it that day because they told me it would fix it when I got the receipt. My credit score dropped 100 points but after paying and filing a dispute with experian with the receipt it went back up 100 in 1 day.

They won't stop calling.. help me.. it's ruining my mental health first they were looking for Devon told him time and time again it wasn't until I yelled at them had to threaten people then finally they they stopped calling for a week. Now they call looking for Kevin.. this won't end well
