Unfortunately the experience wasn’t great… if you need to sell your Mountain Home go to a much larger real estate company like Coldwell banker. We are extremely disappointed with Tony … not his partner. He was a neighbor and so we decided to have him sell our house with his partner Mike. The person that sold our house was a friend of Tony, who wanted to sell him the house he is now living in but didn’t because his sister-in-law sold him the house. This is what Angelic from Keller Williams told me as she was showing our home. We feel that our agent Tony as our Neighbor did not look out for our best interest but was looking out for his “so called” friend … so he of course would say sour grapes. His partner was compassionate, tried to do the right thing. And is used by Tony but that is my observation not anything else—- I believe when you counter with an offer it should be put in writing…it wasn’t but Tony makes a phone call to Angelic who informs him in the phone…. Not in writing that her client wouldn’t accept the offer… how do you business like this. At any rate she then threatens everyone that she is going to show some properties to her clients… of course Tony then acquiesces and then explains this to us and low and behold we were pushed to accept the offer because we had time constraints. So I would not recommend your company based on this guy who spreads more BS that he doesn’t backup. Maybe that is how your agency works?

I feel sorry for Tony’s partner —- Mike was very nice and I believe he tries to be fair and descent and a straight shooter.

Yes Tony did give us commission if 4.5%…. But he didn’t do anything…. He has Mike running around for him like a servant and again THIS AN OBSERVATION!

Disgusted in a neighbor who all the trust we had is totally gone!

Mike Kurkierewicz, Realtor is a "Get The Job Done" Realtor. Knowledgeable, Personable, Hard Working and a GREAT communicator! He lives in the area and he really knows the in's and outs of mountain living.....I feel so fortunate to have met him and worked with him on both a purchase and sale. His attention to detail helped me find the "property of my dreams". There are MANY Real Estate Offices to choose from, but it all comes down to finding the REALTOR who will go the extra mile.....Thank You Mike! Update....After the purchase....I tapped his resources for services I needed....Met some really great people for carpentry, painting, landscape and more...KUDOS Mike....
