Not super thrilled with Mountain America right now.

I got an auto loan through them. THEY set up our account wrong. Now I have to either pay a title fee of $140 or refinance at a 3% higher rate because THEY didn't put that my loan was on a restored car.

Either way I was out $140, 3% higher interest rate or DMV fees and however much time that would take. They gave me no options that didn't penalize me for THEIR mistakes.

I see they respond to a lot of posts. Know that if this review is still up there has not been a solution to my problems that doesn't make me pay for their mistakes.

Update: They responded with their unoriginal response and after messaging the email they removed their reply. Weird.

I was filing my Federal Income Tax Return and I had to withdraw a small amount of a money market fund to avoid a penalty! The IRS is always changing items in the return so I had to actually sign withdraw paperwork. Dom had me electronically sign and I received a copy. He has always been very helpful for all my banking needs!

The ATM service used by MACU Queen Creek is inadequate. Not only does it not work (3 occasions in 9 months) but one must go through a few screens to find that out.

Really, the ATM at a host bank should always work.

Promptly greeted with very warm and welcoming staff. Brandon was extremely helpful and exhibited zero pressure. Facility is new and interior is architecturally beautiful. Exterior is reasonably conservative. Multiple lanes for drive up transactions as well as a shared branching cash deposit ATM. Services offered are more competitive than local credit unions. I've been a member of out of state credit unions for over 20 years and finally found a local cu that rivals those. Very impressed. Will be leaving my current local Arizona cu (whom charges a ridiculous monthly membership fee) for this institution and I would recommend you do too. Only complaint is drive up exterior layout is fairly awkward but fairly efficient.

Bryan Bacciocco answered all my initial questions and qualified me for a motorcycle loan over the phone. Went into the branch to finish all the paperwork and had a great experience. He is straight to the point, friendly, and competent. I've done a lot of business with MACU and have never been disappointed so THANK YOU Bryan for helping me complete this task and maintaining high standards for our Credit Union!

I love Mountain America Credit Union! They are the perfect size bank. They are have everything to make things happen ✨️. My debit card got hacked and they were able to create me a new one on the spot. No waiting for days watching the mail. Recently Bryan worked a loan to pay off my credit cards that helped me tremendously! He did it all in an afternoon over a couple phone calls and emails. Super easy and friendly 😃

The customer service at the Queen Creek location is always excellent! MACU makes it easy to complete transactions and business dealings. Everyone is professional and friendly. Highly recommend!
