I was MISINFORMED by Jose when putting down a car loan deposit that incurred an extra 5% transaction fee on the entire down, and from what I understood he was new. The worse part is the (male middle aged grey haired) MANAGER, pushing blames on the consumer when I was misled.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH. I notified corporate and this branch SHOULD’VE NEVER even allowed credit card to used for down payment, let alone the NEED to disclose the transaction was a CASH ADVANCE.

Will get to the bottom of this with corporate and have this looked into. Filing complaints to CFPB.

If you want a nightmare experience buying a vehicle, look no further than here. My wife’s car had a title with her maiden name, they refused to acknowledge: the signed title, power of attorney documents or notarized marriage certificate showing her maiden name. They needed an expired, invalid ID with her maiden name to “prove” she owned the vehicle.

What I find more appalling is the girls working don’t know their own policies. So it’s this game of telephone of them running back and forth to the branch manager asking questions because they don’t know anything. I’ve dealt with three vehicle purchases at different banks in the past year and this place is by far the most incompetent I’ve ever seen.

I just haven’t had great experiences since becoming a “member”. When I call into the call center, the representatives are all always providing phenomenal service. I can’t wrap my head around why when I come in branch the service is so subpar and lackluster. Even management has no pride. If I come in with a question would it not be your pleasure to send a client off with understanding and not anxiety? I feel like I am bothering the staff every time I come into the branch. I’m just trying to transact like anyone else, but get poor service. I wish I had similar experiences as other clients, but I’ve always been mistreated and I definitely don’t feel valuable. It’s hurtful and disappointing.

Such an amazing bank! Mauricio is such an amazing worker. When me and my boyfriend bought our cars, Mauricio helped guide us through the auto loans. Such a good deal and easy process. Very friendly and welcoming environment. Outstanding bank over all, what they offer and their services are phenomenal, highly recommend!

I tried to find out the wiring directions to my account. Just the directions to receive a wire. First I had to go thru the bot,which sent me to a person, who then questioned me going thru all of my information. The phone number in the system is a service number not my branch, I had to work to get the information to get to my money. I do not like to work TWICE for my money.

Don't go to this bank to waste your time. I went the same day twice, I went at 10 am to make an appointment to open an account for my business. They told me no that I should make an appointment. I made the appointment that same day at 2 pm. They helped me then told me that if the website did not work to load my data, after 20 minutes of waiting, they told me that they could not do anything, they would call me to finish opening the account over the phone. That was 3 weeks ago, thank you for nothing and for making me understand that it was not the bank that my company needed. If you read this, don't go, I also read the bad comments but I said I'll go, I'll give them a chance but... the comments about this bank are not wrong, their service is terrible. I come back and say thank you for nothing
