Rude, sad and disgusting girl made me turn right around and go find another place to do business with! How in the world do you operate a Credit Union with such horrid customer service! Should welcome new customers, but instead belittle them and make them feel unwelcome!

Every time I go in for any reason, it takes so long to get helped. There is always a line of people waiting. I have another bank I primarily bank at and I have never had this problem at my other institution. If you bank here, plan accordingly because you will wait.

I waited in the drive thru for 25 mins. If the drive thru is OPEN, maybe have a teller back there working in. Finally came inside to get my card back to find 2 employees at the teller line sitting and chatting. Absolute garbage service. I’ve actually never had good service at this location.

I have now worked with Chloe on 3 different products and had a great experience every time. I have worked with Macu in the past, but Chloe went above and beyond. My only complaint is I wish they were open on Saturday! Thanks again!
