My experience with Mountain America has always been good. But Lereece made it so easy, and was so friendly. Andrew was the loan officer that processed my loan. He was always in contact. At one point I was thinking this loan might take a few days to get finished, then Andrew called me and set a meeting with Lereece the next day. Very happy to do business with both. Both are winners!

Shout out to Alexis for amazing customer service! I really got to understand how Mountain America Credit Union operates. She got me approved for my first car loan! She was very informative and had a great attitude. I definitely recommend MACU to anyone interested in affordable rates and a welcoming service. 🙂

I have worked with Andrew Frazee multiple times and he never fails to impress me with his efficiency and accuracy. He has refinanced one of my cars, helped me with consolidating credit card debt, and this week, he got a new auto loan competed within 3 days. We all know how important time is, and he crushed it. MACU will have me as a lifetime customer because of him.

I went to the bank today to withdraw $2,300 11/28/23 around 3:40pm. Usually when I come in I am greeted by the nice ladies who work there and have always been treated very kind by all of them. Today HOWEVER I walked in and was given the silent treatment AND dirty looks for no reason. I walked in and usually I get at least a “Hello” I did not hear that so instead I said Hello myself and was STILL ignored. When I got closer to the counter I looked straight at the man’s name tag and it said Sean. I can’t recall the last name but I don’t appreciate his attitude towards me and I truly think he was judging me off of my color.. I do NOT know who this man is outside of his work so there was no reason for him to act the way he did towards me. Later on I found he gave me a half ripped $50 bill that he covered with the rest of my cash and put it in an envelope. Didn’t notice until I gave the envelope to my husband and he decided to go through everything since I was in a rush and he decided to go inside with me. My husband went inside and due to me wanting to avoid confrontation I went to a different person who wasn’t available at the time as she was doing other things and simply asked to change my bill that was half ripped… Why would he (KNOWINGLY) give me a literal half torn bill.. that’s definitely not okay. Again, his ego and attitude needs to go. I’m not having disrespect and mistreatment due to my color.. I will gladly just remove my money and close my bank account with mountain America if I need to if this is how a loyal customer is going to be treated.. I’ve been with Macu for years now. Worst experience I’ve ever had.. never apologized just gave me a very nasty look and actually started to greet the new people that came in.. but with me I was never greeted even when I decided to just say hello myself still ignored and that’s what let’s me know this man had some problem with me in which I don’t know why.
