Usually I have great experiences at this credit union, today not as much. ATM is broken, drive through not responding. Inside there are 7 people in line for 2 tellers. A woman on one of the offices is sitting at her desk looking at her phone. Not sure if she can help customers but the optics aren't good. Very disappointed in MACU today.

I don’t know who I spoke with at this branch but they were real unhelpful. Didn’t seem concerned with my call at all, provided completely incorrect information and then abruptly passed me off to their help desk. Put a sour taste in my mouth when the purpose of my call was related to the retainment of my membership

The ATM at every location is always broken. It's pathetic. I'm going to change banks and my loans even if I have to deal with higher interest rates. Mountain America Credit Union is horrible.

We absolutely LOVE banking here! The associates in the branch are so friendly, so helpful, and so efficient. Every time I call the main phone number, the call center people are great too! The only thing that we’ve struggled with is their loan approvals, they seem to approve less than other creditors and are more picky about the criteria to grant approval than other creditors. Overall, we are very happy here 🙂

If you’re a DFCU banking customer do not use their ATM. The ATM will not disclose that they’re charging you a fee and will just pull it from your account even though it isn’t supposed to charge. They can’t or won’t refund the fee so you’d just be asking to potentially have your account overdrawn. I will never trust a bank that has an ATM that doesn’t disclose an ATM fee. That’s stealing in my opinion and is fraud considering I didn’t and couldn’t consent to the fee being taken from my account.
