We listed our 82 acre wooded rural property with Joel Hoeffner of Mossy Oak Properties because we wanted someone who specialized in land and after talking with Joel, we felt like he knew how to sell land and would do a good job for us. The land was previously listed with another realtor for about one year, but did not sell. The realtor wasn't comfortable being in the woods and wasn't willing to walk the land to show to potential buyers. Joel was very comfortable in the woods and even has an ATV to drive buyers through the property. He also has a drone that he used to make some excellent videos of the property. His description and photos for the listing were excellent and really highlighted the positive aspects of the property. We received an offer very quickly and sold the land for over 98% of the asking price.
Joel was very easy to work with, communicates well, and kept us informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone with land to sell. A person like Joel that specializes in land is likely to do a better job than a realtor that typically sells houses.

We had a wonderful experience with Jimmy UInderwood and Mossy Oak Properties Land and Farms Realty. Jimmy promptly responded to our inquiries about selling our farmland. He developed an amazing video and posted it within a few days. He received responses from people who were interested immediately after his video went on-line and quickly set up appointments to show our farmland. Our property sold to the first person who looked at it. Jimmy brought paperwork to our home for us to sign and the process was quick and complete. He kept us informed throughout the process up to closing. He was always prompt, always efficient, and always professional. It could not have been better.
