I called many companies looking for an apartment and when I called this company I spoke with a lady named Katie and she was very pleasant and patient with me answering all of my questions. Do not by any means use this company. I repeat do not. This company is run by slumlords and they band aid any and all problems.
They are slowly and steadily losing the current properties they are managing to other agencies and it’s definitely for the best. Once again please do your own research and speak to locals before making your choice.

Can't say enough nice things about Katie Barton. We were retiring and house shopping from Arizona. She found the perfect home for us! We have been in our home now a year and a half! Highly recommend her! Didn't want to forget to mention she went through the whole process with us! Just an amazing experience! Thank you!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been renting the same apartment for five years now, I've never been late or missed rent, and the owner raised our rent $75 two months ago which I paid and have not complained about at all. Nearing two months ago I contacted Moore about my dishwasher being broken and they informed me the owner was handling maintenance from now on, not them, but they would "pass along the message". I've heard NOTHING since and have put in more requests with no follow up. Two weeks ago I informed them my refrigerator broke, and of course I STILL haven't heard anything. I've had no refrigerator for over two weeks, meaning no milk, eggs, cheese, butter, cold food, etc.. and I have a BABY on the way in three weeks. Today, while deep cleaning the closet to get ready for the baby I noticed my closet is COVERED in MOLD. I'm sure I still won't get a response for maintenance. In short, don't rent from Moore unless you feel like starting a legal battle, which is my next step.

MaryLisa is the best to work with at Moore And Company Reality!!! She has helped my family and I move here from out of state, with little knowledge of the area. She helped us find the perfect place and is always available to answer any and all questions we have had thus far. This is for the rental part of the Moore company. We had lived in one of their rentals for 3 years and had no complaints but when we left we deep cleaned the apartment and were told we were getting full deposit back. Then when we got our deposit back they took 300 out for “deep cleaning” which we were told consisted of changing out 2 air filters and a few light bulbs because it’s a “flat rate”…. Complete joke of a way for them to scam you out of your money.
