Stayed at Poipu Bay Getaway on the beautiful Island of Kauai! The house is magnificent, it's like being in your own private resort. Great for a Large family. Furnished beautifully, pool, hot tub, it's like 3 private residences all on the same property. Five minute walk to the Hyatt Regency, several beaches and beautiful natural hikes. Hope to be back soon!

Kyle was communicative and responsive to any inquires. All applicable condo access info was delivered in a timely and easy to understand manner. Unfortunately, there was an inconvenient, last minute "snafu" with one of the features within the condo but it was handled professionally and satisfactorily. I will definitely contact Monterey Bay Property Management for any real estate needs in the future!

The house was lovely with everything we needed. The location is perfection. We walked the trial right from the house all the way to the aquarium. Addition my there is an adorable downtown within walking with cute shops and restaurants. We loved it. Great for a family.

I just like to know how many people can afford the $59 application fee and a $308 “ Administrative lease fee” (questioning the legalities of that). Like is the renter supposed to pay part of the admin of the property management salary for doing this task?
Oh and then, in 1 Marina rental, the $4400 1st month rent AND $5000 security Deposit!!
