Skip forward 6 years and we decided to sell our home that Monique helped us buy. We were thrilled that she agreed to help us sell the house, especially since she knew so much about it. She helped us find a fair price in this crazy market, showcased it during open houses, and kept us informed throughout the process. We got an offer from the first family that toured the home and closed about a month later.

We love working with Monique because she is honest and straightforward, but also caring and considerate. She really works to find the best home or deal for you and then does everything in her power to make it a smooth process. Can’t wait to work with her again in the future.

Monique is an excellent real estate agent and I would highly recommend her. She helped us find a great house for us to move into from out of state to California. She showed us the pros and cons of different neighborhoods (since we were new to the Sacramento area) and was very flexible to our schedules in order to show us as many houses as possible in a short amount of time. Monique is brilliant!!
We lived 100mi away from the Sacramento area when we decided to move here. So it was very challenging for us to choose the town and the neighborhood as we had never been to the area before, and driving 100mi every week to attend an open house was not easy.
When we met Monique, our life became so much easier. Monique has shared so much knowledge and insights about the area and schools; she helped us to choose the town that fits all our needs. In addition, Monique was always available to go and precheck the properties for us, so we didn't have to drive every time.
These days market is very challenging for the buyer, we tried a few real estate agents during our home shopping journey, and Monique was the one who would go above and beyond for us. It was a pleasure working with Monique as she always was on top of the situation, with excellent communication and a cheerful attitude!
