i loved this office before the new owner took over. Communication is not good. Ray is the only one that has ever been able to help me and he is really good!. he deserves 5 stars but this office doesnt.

Monica Lahey-Leeds does not even deserve one star- I could NEVER recommend her - she does not return calls, her office will not. My parents were with Allstate starting with her Father - he was awesome, my brother and I went with him as well close to 50 years giving them the business rarely needed assistance but after my mom passed her home was vandalized and they refused our claim- Monica was called several times and NEVER helped us! If you want reliable services DON’T sign up with her and Allstate for anything- so disgusted, all those years they collected and ZERO help when we needed it- you’re not in good hands with her!

I felt very welcomed by Monica and her team, they really listened to my needs and wants. Each one of them truly took the time to help me and my mom out with any questions or concerns we both had, they explained everything thoroughly to us and most of all they were very genuine with us. I’m so happy with Monica and her team; and Allstate in general i definitely had a great experience at their office I highly recommend them.

My experience here at Allstate is a breath of fresh air. I truly love these young ladies in this ( VICTORVILLE) office. The young ladies there at this office delicate their time to help solving any problems that comes up within your policy. They make you feel like you are at home and you are a part of Allstate. Not just a customer but, a member of the Allstate family. I feel they are highly knowledgeable about what they are selling and offering to the public. And my over all experience is awesome off the chart.
