These guys are exactly what you would expect from an out-of-town investment firm. There are mice & ants but they’ll still increase your rent. They don’t provide any bike racks (8 building on property) but they do have a power saw to remove your bicycle if you lock it to the rails or stairs. (they’ve done it to more than 2 of us). Their business model should be illegal. It’s destroying our country
