Chad is a straight shooter that spelled out everything in laymans terms and always kept in communication with us. Never did he not pick up the phone, return a call or reply to an email. He will step up and fight for You to get the best loan possible and when the underwriting department is hung up on something, he will contact them promptly and get the issue rectified!! Megan (Chads processor), was nothing short of amazing Herself! She was easy to work with and kept all lines of communication open. She was very organized and even helped out when I had issues emailing docs to Her. She too was not timid when it came to putting pressure on the loan company to complete their paperwork in a timely manor and will look out for and fight for Her customers best interest!!
