This was my first time here. Took my son in on a Sunday morning, 3 days before Christmas, as a walk-in.

To my surprise, this Urgent care was empty! We were the only ones inside. I was really trying to avoid waiting hours in a ER waiting room. I called to check if they take Kaiser and yes they do! Another plus!

Check-in was easy. The kiosk was pretty easy to follow. We didn't have to wait long after checking in. We were seem always right away. The only thing that took awhile was getting test results back for upper respiratory infections.

The front desk staff were attentive & friendly.
The MA was very patient and nice too.

Liz Kepley, PA-C took care of my son and she was very thorough. Super nice! Made my son feel real comfortable. She explained the difference in medication to me. She was soft spoken to my son and was very gentle with him too! Very happy mama here!

I like that this location is right across from Kaiser Hospital. So if the urgent care couldn't help, we would just need a short drive across the road to the hospital.

Definitely would come back here & recommend this Urgent to others in need!

Everyone was great from the girl up front which I admire being able to handle so much at once with still a great positive demeanor. To the provider... he was amazing listened answered all my questions and gave additional informative and helpful details regarding my son illness. What impressed me the most is they gave instant help by offering medication on the spot! So thankfully for the team and the availability on a Sunday. Again definitely impressed as a whole...thank you modern urgent care manteca!

From the moment I walked in, Kamila was incredibly approachable and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. Her warm and bubbly personality instantly put me at ease, which is especially appreciated in a medical setting.

I can't thank them enough. My insurance was giving us a hard time and thanks to Brenda, not only were we seen the same day, but we caught a huge issue with insurance.

They accommodated my insurance despite a huge issue Blue Shield created.

Our provider was also great and saw all my children and wife in one visit.

5 stars all around. Great front office rapport and great back office rapport. Come here, don't go anywhere else.

I initially could not connect with anyone on their phones for two days and left a bad review. By the time I drove across town to another care facility the manager from Modern called me, explained their phone system was experiencing a problem and helped my right away. She even got me son registered so by the time I got Modern Urgent Care it was a short five minute wait to be seen. Staff was super friendly and took great care removing the staple from my sons head. Would recommend 100%.

The customer service was absolutely stellar! The staff does an incredible job of providing you with the best possible care. The information they provide about your ailments and treatment is extremely thorough. The physician who treated me was extremely helpful and was quick to map out the best possible plan to getting me back to 100%! Visiting an office like this when you're in pain and anxious is stressful enough, but the Modern Urgent Care staff does an exceptional job of helping to calm your worries while providing you top notch medical care. I'm grateful for their service.

I have came to the Modern Urgent Care a few years ago for my nosebleed and they were a great help. Recently I had to get my ears checked and they provided exceptional service and made sure to meet the patients every need. I felt their environment to be always community oriented and family friendly as any clinic should be. Many blessings to all the workers there helping every patient in their community!

This is the second time I visited this place. Both for weird alien blister type things. Gross. First visit was with Dr Michael and it was painless..aside from the needles. Today's visit was with Dr. James. He was so kind, gentle and knowledgeable. I love having the option of coming here, especially being a new resident of Manteca and still trying to switch primary care. They take care of you here.
