Someone who wasn't on my auto policy, canceled my policy....and I was driving around for almost 40 days without insurance; unbeknownst to me. The team was rude, abrasive and clueless of their mistakes. They don't communicate well and do the bare minimum to keep you as a "customer". Roseanne is entirely incompetent as an agent and kept making the process worse. Mo attempted to help, his attempt to "help" was making a last ditch effort to bad talk my new insurance provider. I have been here for years as a client and they simply. don't. care. Worst agency you could possibly work with. This agency is a joke; their work ethic and customer service is horrendous.

This agency seems very content what they have inherited. AllState parent company encourages that behavior (complacency) by not allowing customers to switch agent/agency even when there are more customer centric agents who want to go above and beyond (within Allstate network). So as a customer you are stuck with whom you bought your original policy or whom you get transferred to upon sale of agency like what happened when Paul retired and sold his agency to. Your only option is to change the Insurance company, which makes no sense.

In a time when California insurance is going crazy, I'm glad that Mo and his team are there to help me understand my options. While there are other insurance companies out there to choose from, I can honestly say that Mo makes it a point to make sure all his clients are well informed.

Allstate increased prices on our condo insurance by $250 a year
We canceled the policy and saved $360 a year.
The same with our car insurance. Allstate raised the prices and we saved $140 a year by changing to another company. We saved a total of $500. Allstate is raising prices , because they lost money during covid.
