We had a long process with Tni but she hung in there with us. The sellers of the house we bought were extremely unreasonable and left us with a complete mess of a house. The realtor held an unrestricted open house and from that, our family got Covid. Tni worked for us and did what she could to try and work with a difficult situation. The owners would say one thing and do another and when Tni responded accordingly, they didn’t like it and became combative. We are grateful for Tni’s knowledge of the law and the real estate guidelines and her persistence. If after everything we’ve been through, we wouldn’t want anyone else in our corner. Too bad that the sellers of the house who made out like a bandit on a house that has been nothing but a mess since we took possession, couldn’t take responsibility for their actions but instead leave a poor review for Tni. Shame on you! Thank you Tni!
