Minerva was the best realtor that we could have worked with!!! She went above and beyond in everything. She walked us through every step and made sure we knew everything all along the way. She responded promptly to all of our questions and concerns. After looking for quite some time, we finally found our dream home. We fell in love with it. Minerva was very determined to do whatever it took to get us our dream home. After having trouble with getting the loan approval with our first lender. Minerva seached for another way to make things possible. She spoke with the seller's realtor and asked them to give us a second chance for the loan with their preferred lender.
