I guess something about my very existence annoys one of the receptionists because she is rude every time I call and when I told her I could not hear her through a closed door with a mask on, she rolled her eyes and walked away. I had to call the office and ask for help while standing at thier door. I fully support covid precautions, but this was ridiculous. The cost is not cheap and wasn't expecting to be treated so poorly when other family members have had no problems.
