My accountant of 25 yrs. Passed away. Desperate to get an extended return filed I landed at Esua.Worst mistake! Not only did they cause me to miss a deadline,they do not respond to phone calls,messages,or emails. The leSt professional group I have yet to encounter. After having paid for filable return I was supplied with a non filable copy.
The board should take along look at this"family business". Hopefully they will after the complaint I filed today. I now must pay a qualifed account to do what I've already paid them to do. They have made a glaring mistake which could have cost me 9 k.

I Left A Post For Mildred Esau Last Month Because, That's What He asked Me to do while He was preparing My Information For My Business. Shortly Afterwards He stopped Returning My Phone Calls That I Left With His Secretary. After Countless Calls, Texts & Emails He Has Yet To Respond Back To Me. I Have No Choice But To Seek Legal Assistance, Because I've Paid For A Service That He has Yet To complete before the deadline which has caused Me to Miss out on A Contractor Opportunity That He was Suppose To Assist Me With. The Lack Of Professionalism & Integrity Has Caught Me Completely By Surprise.

Wilson and his associates took good care of us. It was our first time choosing a CPA to do our taxes. I am glad we did. The process was smooth and easy. After processing our taxes he gave us feedback on how we can do better the next year. He did not have the attitude of just getting his money. He showed that he cared for my wife and I as a couple and wanted what was best for us and not for him. I appreciate his honesty. His assistant Sandra was very professional and was on top of everything staying in close communication with is making sure things was handled correctly. She was patient with answering any follow up questions we had and we appreciated that very much. We will continue to work with them in the future.
