The Agent himself has EXTREMELY POOR PEOPLE SKILLS. The secretary is very nice there and most polite. However, if you expect a FULL customer experience avoid contact with the agent at this location and use the other 2 locations listed in Dothan. There is a most definite reason they have such a better rating than this location.

Awful place to get your insurance. I left messages saying I needed to talk to my agent. I even told them that I was checking prices at other insurance agencies. My agent never even called me back. I was able to save over $1,000.00 a year by switching to Alfa. I cancelled my policy and called back about 3 weeks later to check on my refund. Good thing I checked back, because they never cancelled my policy. Unbelievable!
