Use to be a really good bank. But now it seems not so much, they've been down for so called system updates for 2 weeks now banking apps don't reflect what you have in your accounts constantly having to configure things just to pay bills with their online app. And when I go to the bank there are no more operating hours they're closed further system updates. Think they might need to hire a better IT guy and branch manager

I was unable to access the new app and called in for assistance. I ended up stuck in a weird hold loop and waited a very long time. I reached out via FB messenger and was called back immediately by the COO. He was apologetic, kind and helpful. That was already above and beyond. But today I received flowers with a card! You don't find banks that care about their members like this. We have always had a great experience with our account, vehicle loans, etc but the customer service is amazing!

New banking app is very sketchy. I have had no access to my funds all weekend even though they promised that it would be back up by Saturday. They no longer offer instant transfers through the app and you have to wait 24 hours before you are able to use your own money. I will be closing my account on Monday. I am sick of this bank.

Update: Depositing checks has become a hassle. The teller has to call the bank listed on the check to verify the amount of the check because of the amount of the check. We have done this multiple times and each time they have to call and verify the amount as if the checks are forged. There's a history each time we come here to the Granite City location. Hard working tax payers, like we can't possibly have this type of money.

Midwest Members Credit Union took over Processors Credit Union in Granite City, IL. and has been the worse experience ever! I have paid of multiple car loans and trying to get financed with Midwest Members Credit Union seems to be a challenge with good to great credit. I have been a member for many years. Disappointed with the loans department.

It’s been three days, and I still cannot access my bank account, or change my password. I live out of state, and would not recommend this bank unless you can walk in personally to conduct business.

I received an atm card from the main branch with blank info never in my life that happened to me from any bank. I always had good service from my bank so I'm given a zero. What's going on? I havve always been treated real nice until this happened and I have been with them for many years too.

Good luck having them work with you if you have a loan with them. I got hung up on my by the manager today when I begged her to give me grace and make a payment on the 6th of Dec. Since I had lost my job.

Impossible to get anything done. They needed an account number for our loan to pay it and we used the account number on the mail received from them. They went on to tell us it was the wrong account number and they couldn’t do anything. No matter where you are in any state near them they need you to come in to the bank for minuscule issues even from hours away.
