I've been with MACU at least 15 years. I have 4 separate accounts and have had only one problem with them. I spoke with an officer and it was immediately resolved . Great place to do business with.

with them and only had 1 problem . I spoke with the teller and it was taken care of immediately. The people who work there have always been polite and friendly.

Banked here a long time, and new fees that I don't even know about keep popping up. Latest and greatest is I was charged 5 dollars for a 27 cent transfer from my savings to my checking. Of my own money that i already had. But a bill popped up and checking was 27 cents short. So it automatically took from savings and charged 5 dollars for. There's a lawsuit going on about this. Stop robbing people of their own money.

Anytime Sidney helps with assistance to make a loan payment she is short and just not very sociable. I think for the job you hold you should probably at least make sure your customer service voice is a little more enthusiastic. She doesn’t even get the word Goodbye out before she will hang up the phone. I’m sorry but she doesn’t deserve 5 stars in my book. As far as anyone else there I have not had the pleasure speaking to so I cannot speak on that.

Daughter has a car loan through here. After verifying insurance more than once they still added a year of insurance to her loan…. After proving again she has insurance was told it would be removed. Going on 4 months of getting late payment notices (even though she’s paid up to date but they failed to remove insurance cost) and dinging her credit. I would recommend somewhere else for any car loans.

I am not sure if Sydney is having a bad day or what but she is SOOOO RUDE TWICE SHE WAS SNOTTY. When I called she cut me off didn't let me talk and the second time she just flat out didn't listen.
If this is customer service she needs to go back to training or take some lessons from all the wonderful people at the 31st location. I drive past the one on Kellogg and Tyler so I can go to the one on 31st they are kind and always greet me with a smile
Kudos to that team, Sydney needs to rethink her career choice

I have had no problems with them. Friendly, helpful! I can take out as much money as I want from my checking account as long as I’m at one of their credit unions and not another share credit union.

The Lobby staff was very disrespectful. They were on their phones and conversating about some ticktok video and when i finally asked for help, they seemed annoyed.

I needed another credit card because i hit a deer and i needed a emergency card.

My credit was in the 700s and i make 30.42 as a union plumber. I explained my situation and they still only offered a $1,000 limit? Im almost 30 with 3 different banks already.

I was trying to increase my limit and lower my utilization rate as well.

I think the senior loan officer was profiling do to me wearing sweats and not my fancy clothes. I was dealing with alot and didn't get a chance to put my good shirt on.

These people only deal with rich people. Push them out of Wichita.

Credit Union of America actually listened to me.

Im beyond unhappy with this bank. The fees to make payments with this banks are ridiculous. Im not allowed to make payments out past 3 months in advance. When askd why i was told "its just policy". I can never get the automated phone system to take my payments so im forced to spend an extra 15 dollars every time i need to make a car payment. The people in service have been nice to me but when i reach management to ask about said policy, they were rude, and seemed upset that i would even challenge it.
