The Coley Agency went above and beyond! When we had significant issues with our claim outside their responsibility, Michele and her team did what was necessary to ensure that we were made whole. They took it personal. Without them, we can not imagine how badly it would have turned out! We are glad (even excited) that they are our Agent! I use Allstate for all of my insurance needs here in North Carolina. They recommended the Michele Coley agency for my daughter's renters insurance as she is attending the University of Alabama. I was so taken back by the kindness, professionalism and attentiveness of Clarresa at this agency. She was thorough and so genuine. Not only did she do a fabulous job explaining everything in detail but she asked personal questions and was empathetic to me being a mom and having my daughter leaving! Worst insurance company ever. Yes it has low rates but they will not fix your vehicle after a accident. Took 8 months for my vehicle to get fixed and i had to pay outta pocket. They paid for my rental but not my repair thats crazy. Dont go to this company
