After having an agent who showed only what she wanted to show and out of our price range I moved on. I decided to give Michael my business. We began working with Michael in 2016. We let him know our needs, budget and desired area. Very quickly we found a short sale listing. Michael moved quickly to get us in for a tour and we decided to move forward. Michael was upfront with us from the get go on the uncertainty and possible wait times on the closing of short sales. We decided to move forward and see it through to the end. I am not a very patient person at all so the 7 month long, process was very nerve wracking to say the least! Michael stuck with us through all the inspections and unknowns that popped up along the way. In the end we purchased a great little home in a fantastic neighborhood! Great investment and definitely worth the wait (easy for me to say now right, lol) I would do it again with Michael as our agent for sure! Professional and patient!
Although........we are still waiting for our celebratory cocktails 😉
