All me and my wife would say that we have never come across any realtor ever in our life who has been so nice and calm ALL THE TIME. We were trying to buy house and condo in Austin for almost one and half years. We landed up buying only a condo finally after all that time. He took us around to multiple houses and condos during this period and we were not able to finalize even after having seen about 100 units (houses & condos together) after nearly 18-20 visits. We nearly decided to buy many times but would come out of the deal due to one or other reason. NEVER ONCE he disapproved or showed any irritation or impatience for this.
