The people here are always very friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of speaking with Josh Emig and he really helped my transition from Allstate to StateFarm (not to mention he is handsome). Purchased insurance there a few days ago. They kept the money and never issued a binder or policy. Four days later I had to contact them to find out where my paperwork was. They never submitted it to State Farm. I called State Farm and they had no record of me. I had to call my credit card company and get a refund.

The building is well kept, they keep in line with all the new rules that covid has brought on. The staff are very polite and wiling to help with quotes and try to get you the best possible deal, I trust them with my car insurance and never had an issue and I've had two cars insured by them.
