After being notified that my Allstate commercial auto policy was not being renewed and waiting two weeks for a reason, I had no choice but to go with a different carrier. So, at the last minute, 5:00 pm on the day it was to expire, I called Michael Leach's State Farm office. A great lady,Tracy, helped me. She stayed for 45 minutes after her work day to get a binder in place. She was so nice. Highly recommend his agency.

This would have been 5 stars if it were just about my agent, Michael Leach. The four stars is due to the frustration from filing a homeowners claim and how much effort it took on behalf of myself and my agent to get the desired result. My agent is thorough, determined, helpful and very easy to work with. The agency outside of this was not. I spoke a few times with the adjuster and while I feel the right decision was made, I feel it was made mainly because he was tired of dealing with me fighting for my home and what we needed done. I have had State Farm for over 30 years and have never had to file a homeowner’s claim. Any vehicle claim I have had to file in the past has been a smooth process. Homeowners has been a different story. Everyone in the agent’s office has been a true pleasure to work with.
